The Service
TallyVault Pro is a tally counting app offered free of charge. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Your Account
You need to sign in to use the app. You are responsible for your devices, your sign-in method and your recovery method. Because your content is encrypted with keys only your devices hold, a lost recovery method together with lost devices means lost content, and the service cannot restore it.
Your Content
Your tallies are yours. The service stores them only as ciphertext so it can sync them for you, and claims no rights in them.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attack, overload, or probe the service beyond good-faith security research reported through the contact form.
- Do not use it to break the law or to harm other people.
- Do not try to get around the limits that protect the service.
Limits and Changes
Rate limits and storage limits apply and are shown in the app when reached. Features can change, and planned features may arrive late or not at all. If the service ever has to close, the aim is to give notice and a way to export first.
No Warranty
The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It is a counter, not a medical, legal, financial or safety tool; do not rely on it where a wrong or missing count could cause harm.
Ending Use
You can stop using the service at any time. Accounts that abuse it can be suspended.
